REGISTRATION, LICENSE AND CHECK-IN
Before you line up at the start, check your registration, entry fee payment, license and check-in time. Registration is available online only in advance – HERE
License
You can arrange your license here: Czech Cycling Federation.
The license also includes basic insurance provided by Kooperativa.
Registration and entry fee
Maximum number of riders: 120
Registration is online only in advance. On-site registration will not be possible.
Entry fee: 1000 CZK
Bank account: 2001195208/2010
Registration is valid only after the entry fee has been credited to the account. Payment must be made within 7 calendar days of registration, otherwise the spot will be released to another rider.
Cancellation, replacement rider or registration transfer is handled individually via info@svdtpribram.cz.
Check-in
May 23, 2026 from 09:00 at the start at Svatá Hora in a clearly marked tent.
On-site, riders sign participation at their own risk – available for download below on this page.
Note: riders under 15 must have a legal guardian physically present on race day.
CATEGORIES AND BASIC INFORMATION

Juniors
up to 18 years (inclusive)

Elite
19–29 years (inclusive)

Prize money / awards
Winners in all categories will receive prizes and prize money. The prize money amount will be announced.

Free mobile toilets available at the event area.
TIME SCHEDULE
Main indicative schedule of the race day. Follow any updates also during check-in and the riders meeting.
CHECK-IN OPENS
Rider check-in at the start at Svatá Hora.
TRAINING START
The track will be open for training runs from 11:45 to 14:15.
CHECK-IN CLOSES
Check-in closes at the same time as the training start.
TRAINING END
End of training runs.
RIDERS MEETING
Group ride and track inspection.
FIRST RUN
All riders start according to categories: women, open, junior, masters, elite based on the start list. Start interval is 30 seconds.
SECOND RUN
All riders start according to categories and results from the first run, from the slowest. The last 5 riders from licensed categories will start only after the previous rider has finished.
WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT
Official announcement of winners in all categories.
AFTERPARTY
Evening program and riders gathering after the race. PSH at 22:00.
TRAINING AND DAY FLOW
How the training, track opening and race start will take place. We recommend reading everything in advance before arrival.
Training
At 11:45 at the start, the head designer will introduce riders to the track profile and features. This is followed by a guided track inspection and then the track opens for training.
You can train only with a start number. This race has no uplift to the start.
Outside the officially scheduled training time, the track is closed.
Start
Riders will be allowed onto the track only when all features have been checked, course marshals are in position and safety is confirmed.
Before opening, the track will be inspected by forerunners.
The organizer reserves the right not to allow a rider to start if their bike is not technically safe or their equipment is considered dangerous.
MANDATORY EQUIPMENT AND DOCUMENTS
Mandatory equipment is based on CUDS forms and rules. Requirements for signing and consent are divided according to the rider’s age.

Technical condition of the bike
The rider is responsible for their bike and must start only with a bike in good technical condition, without any known damage, especially cracks on the frame and components.
Over 18 years
- during check-in, the rider signs a liability waiver.
- emergency contact details must be provided
- the rider confirms they start at their own risk and are medically fit
Under 18 years
- signed consent from a legal guardian is required
- in the form, the legal guardian’s name, ID number or birth number, and phone contact must be provided.
- riders under 15 must have a legal guardian physically present on race day
